This Privacy Policy explains how IDART Fun Launchpad (“IDART”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) handles information when you access or use idartfun.xyz.
1. Information We May Collect
Wallet information
When you connect a Solana wallet, IDART may process your public wallet address and information necessary to interact with supported blockchain services.
We do not request, collect or store your wallet seed phrase or private keys.
Blockchain information
Transactions made through IDART take place on public blockchain infrastructure. Wallet addresses, token transfers, swaps, token creation, liquidity positions and other blockchain activity may therefore be permanently visible on public blockchains and blockchain explorers.
Information recorded on a public blockchain generally cannot be modified or deleted by IDART.
Technical information
Our hosting infrastructure may automatically process information such as:
- IP address;
- browser and device information;
- operating system;
- access timestamps;
- referring pages;
- error logs;
- security and anti-abuse information.
This data may be used for security, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and fraud prevention.
Token and market information
If you create a token or market through IDART, information you submit may include:
- token name and symbol;
- token description;
- token logo or other uploaded media;
- public metadata;
- quote asset;
- market parameters;
- fee configuration;
- public wallet addresses.
Some of this information may be stored publicly and may also be written to blockchain or public storage infrastructure.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
IDART may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for website functionality, security and user preferences.
Optional analytics or other non-essential technologies should only be activated according to the consent choices available through our cookie-consent interface.
Users may change or withdraw their cookie preferences where supported.
3. Wallet Connections
Wallet connections are handled through compatible Solana wallet providers.
Depending on the wallet selected, you may interact with third-party services such as Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or other compatible wallet providers.
Your relationship with those providers is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
IDART does not control private keys held by your wallet provider.
4. Third-Party Blockchain and DeFi Services
IDART may interact with third-party infrastructure and protocols including, where applicable:
- Solana;
- Meteora;
- Jupiter;
- blockchain RPC providers;
- token and market-data providers;
- blockchain explorers;
- wallet providers.
These services may independently process public blockchain data, IP addresses, device information or other technical information according to their own privacy policies.
IDART does not control how independent third-party services process information.
5. Public Blockchain Data
Blockchain networks are public by design.
When you sign a transaction, information including your wallet address, transaction amount, token address and interaction with smart contracts may become publicly and permanently available.
Because IDART does not control the Solana blockchain, we generally cannot erase, modify or restrict public blockchain records.
6. How We Use Information
We may process information in order to:
- operate and maintain the Platform;
- allow users to create and interact with token markets;
- connect users with blockchain protocols;
- prevent fraud and abuse;
- protect Platform security;
- diagnose technical problems;
- improve performance and usability;
- comply with applicable legal obligations;
- respond to user enquiries.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable under data-protection laws such as the GDPR, processing may be based on:
- your consent;
- performance of services requested by you;
- our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform;
- compliance with legal obligations.
8. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, including hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security and blockchain-related providers.
Public blockchain transactions are inherently accessible to third parties.
9. International Data Transfers
Some service providers or blockchain infrastructure used by IDART may operate outside your country or the European Economic Area.
Where legally required, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers of personal data.
10. Data Retention
Technical and operational information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, operational, legal or compliance purposes.
Public blockchain information may remain permanently available because it is recorded on decentralized networks outside IDART’s control.
Uploaded public token metadata may also remain publicly accessible after a market has been created.
11. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
- access to personal information;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of certain information;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to processing;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent.
These rights cannot necessarily be applied to information permanently recorded on a public blockchain.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Platform and information processed through it.
However, no internet service, wallet, blockchain network or smart-contract environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their wallets, private keys and devices.
13. Children
IDART is not intended for children or individuals who are not legally permitted to use cryptoasset services in their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform, integrations or legal requirements evolve.
